Founding director Azizul Hoque Shiplu began his advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather and is a graduate of the Zahir Raihan Film Institute — Bangladesh's most respected film training institution. He has directed 200+ TV commercials, corporate AVs, and brand films over 19+ years. Co-founder Monirul Islam Masum brings broadcast visual storytelling experience from BBC Media, ETV, and Maasranga TV. Co-founder and Executive Producer Tanveer Ahmed leads business development, client relationships, and production strategy across the entire agency group.
Our Head of Media Strategy, Javed, brings 24 years at MediaAxis — a Dentsu affiliate — planning campaigns for Banglalink, BATB, Honda, Olympic, and Nokia. Development Sector Strategist Farhad Khan brings 20 years of field communication experience with UNICEF, UNFPA, BRAC, and WaterAid. Film Director Prosenjit Mitra contributes to TVC and brand film direction across the production team.

About Prosenjit Mitra:
Prosenjit Mitra - known in the industry as Kaku - serves as Libanza Films' resident director in India, based in Mumbai. His journey into film began when he left home to pursue a career in the Indian entertainment industry, starting as a freelance Junior Art Director and approaching every early opportunity as a chance to learn and grow.
In 2003, he joined Avitel Studio's Online and Animation Department, where he broadened his technical foundation and deepened his understanding of post-production workflows. His career gained significant momentum when he was selected to work as an Assistant Director under acclaimed filmmaker Sanjay Gupta, gaining hands-on experience across editing, online finishing, promos, and broader film production disciplines.
In 2008, Prosenjit had the opportunity to work with National Award-winning director Pradeep Sarkar on Apocalypso - a milestone that further shaped his craft and his understanding of storytelling at the highest level of Indian cinema.
Over the course of his career, Prosenjit has developed specialist expertise in VFX, animation, visual treatment, and brand communication. His work is informed by a genuine love for painting, nature, wildlife, and photography - a personal artistic sensibility that translates into a distinctly visual approach to storytelling.
As Libanza Films' India-based director, Prosenjit brings Bollywood production experience, post-production depth, and a refined visual aesthetic to every project - strengthening the company's capability to serve both Bangladeshi and international clients with a Mumbai production perspective.
