Founding director Azizul Hoque Shiplu began his advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather and is a graduate of the Zahir Raihan Film Institute — Bangladesh's most respected film training institution. He has directed 200+ TV commercials, corporate AVs, and brand films over 19+ years. Co-founder Monirul Islam Masum brings broadcast visual storytelling experience from BBC Media, ETV, and Maasranga TV. Co-founder and Executive Producer Tanveer Ahmed leads business development, client relationships, and production strategy across the entire agency group.
Our Head of Media Strategy, Javed, brings 24 years at MediaAxis — a Dentsu affiliate — planning campaigns for Banglalink, BATB, Honda, Olympic, and Nokia. Development Sector Strategist Farhad Khan brings 20 years of field communication experience with UNICEF, UNFPA, BRAC, and WaterAid.
